- Development of 3D homology models of receptors and enzymes at different activation states.
- Application of computational drug design and molecular simulation techniques using tripos software (e.g., SYBYL-X suite) as well as performing virtual docking studies and analyzing different bimolecular interactions using CCDC software (e.g., GOLD suite).
